How to Earn Rewards:

Start your Nu Skin journey the right way by earning rewards when you share Nu Skin products with your personally sponsored customers and members. Reach the set milestones to unlock even more remarkable rewards. 

Brand Affiliate and Above:

Reach an Achievement Level and unlock milestones and incredible rewards.  Trailblazer points are used to make it easy to track your progress toward each Achievement Level.  

Receive One Trailblazer point for every 500 SV of Personally Sponsored Customer & Member Volume in a calendar month. Partial points are not awarded.

The first time a new direct sponsored Brand Affiliate (L1) receives their first two Trailblazer points in the program within the same month during the qualification period, the Sponsoring Affiliate will also receive two Trailblazers’ points.  

A new Brand Affiliate, for this program, is defined as one that signed up with Nu Skin within the past six (6) months. 

Trailblazer points do not have monetary value and cannot be redeemed for rewards or cash.  Trailblazer points allow you to track your progress toward reaching different Achievement Levels to unlock different rewards! 

The qualification period for “Trailblazer” will be January through June 2024.

How to get started and select your Trailblazer rewards?

Participating in the program is easy:

1. View your Trailblazer points online after logging in at www.nuskin.com and go to Volumes / Office / Trailblazer.

2. As an active Nu Skin Brand Affiliate, you are enrolled in Trailblazer. If you would like to opt-out of Trailblazer for any reason, you can opt-out at any time, you can navigate to Trailblazer through V&G (Volumes / Office / Trailblazer / Opt-out).   

3. When you access your Trailblazer dashboard, you can create your vision board and continue to share Nu Skin products with customers and members.

4. Once you collect the required number of Trailblazer points to unlock an Achievement Level you can order your reward item* (either the rewards you pre-selected or choose another item in the tier).

During the qualification period (January - June) receive one Trailblazer point for every 500 SV in customer and member sales in a month. Continue selling Nu Skin products and help your new Level 1 Affiliates to do the same, and you will be on your Trailblazing Way! Meet the set points for each Achievement Level to unlock remarkable rewards. You can redeem your rewards as soon as each Achievement Level is reached.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN NU SKIN’S TRAILBLAZER PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, PLEASE OPT-OUT AND DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM. 

1. Membership Eligibility and Overview  

1.1. The Nu Skin Trailblazer Program (“Program”) is offered by Nu Skin Enterprises United States, Inc., for Brand Affiliates who reside in the Americas region (collectively “Company”, “Nu Skin,” “we,” “our” or “us”). Only individuals who are legal residents of the United States, Canada, and Latin America, are at least 18 years or older, and who provide and maintain a valid email address are eligible to become members of the Program. Only Nu Skin Brand Affiliates are eligible to participate in the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law. 

1.2.  By participating in the Program, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of participation in the Program (Terms), and by any changes or modifications we may make to these Terms. You should review these and the related FAQs frequently to understand the terms that apply to the Programs as these Terms may change from time to time. These Terms do not alter in any way the Terms and Conditions of any other agreement you may have with Nu Skin or any other related entity, including your Brand Affiliate agreement or any agreement for products or services. , By participating into the program, you also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of our website which can be found at nuskin.com and are incorporated herein by reference. By participating in the Program, you also consent to the sharing of certain data with our third-party service provider Xcelleration, and you may consent to sharing data with your sponsoring affiliate . If you do not agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use of our website, or consent to the sharing of data with Xcelleration, you can opt-out at any time and not participate in the Program.  

1.3. To qualify for any rewards, you must meet all requirements of the Velocity Sales Performance Plan, including any retail sales requirements, and you must comply with the Nu Skin Policies and Procedures and the terms of your Brand Affiliate Agreement. Rewards are not issued for recruiting activities.    

2. Program Participation & Qualification Periods 

2.1. The Trailblazer program qualification period is January 1 through June 30th, 2024. The program ends December 31st at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time). All requirements must be met before the end of each period. 

3. Trailblazer Points and Program Qualification 

3.1. The Program is intended to provide rewards for eligible Nu Skin Brand Affiliates based on sales made to customers and members.  You can pre-select your desired rewards found on Nu Skin’s website in the Trailblazer Dashboard, located at ww.nuskin.com/ volumes/ office/ Trailblazer, at the beginning of each qualification period. Trailblazer points are linked to your sales volume and the sales volume of your new direct affiliates and are used to track your progress toward unlocking each tier of rewards. Trailblazer points correspond to these activities (1) sell products to personally sponsored customers and members, and (2) build your consumer group and teach, train, develop, and mentor new sales leaders in your sales organization to sell products to customers and members. A new Brand Affiliate for this program is defined as one that signed up with Nu Skin during the last six months.  

3.2. Trailblazer points are based on sales of Nu Skin products to customers or members. Once an Affiliate account has reached 500 SV of sales to customers or members during a calendar month, a Trailblazer point is issued for tracking purposes. SV is used in these Terms as defined in the Velocity Sales Performance Plan.  

3.3. When a new personally sponsored Affiliate (Level 1) receives two Trailblazer points by reaching 1000 SV of sales to customers or members during any one month of the qualification period, the sponsoring affiliate will also be issued two points. Trailblazer points cannot be split. In other words, if a personally sponsored Affiliate is assigned one Trailblazer point in month A and another Trailblazer point in month B, for a total of two points, the sponsoring Affiliate will not be issued any points because the points were not earned in the same month.  

3.4. Trailblazer points will update constantly for Affiliates to view and track progress based on sales made to customers and members. However, Trailblazer points will be labeled “pending”, until the end of the month. Once the commission process for the month has been completed, the Trailblazer points will display “verified.”  Only “verified” Trailblazer points can be used to unlock Tiers and rewards.  

3.5. You will be able to track your rewards progress by logging in to www.nuskin.com and going to Volumes / Office/ Trailblazer.. 

3.6. Program participants will receive Trailblazer points only for eligible sales of Nu Skin products through their accounts with official Nu Skin channels.  Sales of individual items purchased in bulk kits on your account may be counted as sales volume for the Program. You are required to keep records and sales receipts of individual item sales to your customers.  You may be asked to provide sales receipts, as part of an audit conducted by Nu Skin, Trailblazer points may be revoked or withdrawn if you fail to sell bulk kit items or cannot demonstrate legitimate sales of bulk kit items.  

3.7. When a Program Participant collects the required number of Trailblazer points to unlock an Achievement Level, they can order a reward (either the reward that was pre-selected or choose another item in the tier). Program Participants will have up to 75 days after the end of the qualification period to select a reward that has been earned.  If the selected item is returned or if the delivery address provided by the Program Participant is not valid for delivery, the reward will be forfeited.   

3.8. Trailblazer points do not have monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or rewards.  Trailblazer points are merely used to track sales volume and progress towards unlocking each Achievement Level during the qualification period. 

4. Program Rewards 

4.1.  Achievement Levels are tracked through the end of each qualification period. Trailblazer points will be accrued monthly and tracked over a 6-month qualification period. Achievement Levels will reset after each qualification period. Rewards will be forfeited if the relevant Program Participant account is terminated as further described in Section 6 of these Terms.  

4.2. Offers are available while supplies last. Nu Skin may make substitutions of a reward item with another of similar value at our sole discretion. In the event a product ordered in connection with the Program arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or is missing from your order, please contact Customer Support. In the United States, Canada and Latin America please contact Xcleration Customer Support at nuskin@rewardstation.com.  

4.3.  Trailblazer points cannot be transferred or shared with other Program Participants. Rewards may only be redeemed by the Nu Skin account holder who unlocked the Achievement Level.  

4.4. Trailblazer points issued through the Program have no cash value and are non-transferable. Trailblazer points credited to your Nu Skin Trailblazer account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all the purchase is returned or cancelled or if the Trailblazer point was issued due to fraudulent activity, manipulation of Nu Skin’s compensation plan, or any other activity that violates these Terms. You may not game or manipulate the Program in any way to unfairly earn rewards or help others to earn rewards. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards offered through the Program is expressly prohibited.  

4.5. Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for products, services, or a monetary refund of cash or cash equivalent. 

4.6. The rewards available through the Program are for personal use only. You may not sell any of the items you receive from us through the Program. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any reward or item to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of these Terms.  

4.7. If you have concerns that a customer’s or member’s product purchase was not properly applied to your account, you should contact Nu Skin Customer Service. If you communicate with Customer Service via letter or email, your message must specify your name and email address associated with the Program, the date of the Program activity, and the issue(s) you encountered. This message must be sent no more than thirty (30) days after the date the purchase or other Program activity took place. We are not responsible for late notifications about purchases or other Program activities not being credited to your account. 

5. Reward Selection 

5.1. Specific rewards offered for the qualification period will be viewable when you log into www.nuskin.com and visit the Trailblazer dashboard located under Volumes, there, you can favorite the items you wish to earn during the qualification period. Once you reach an Achievement Level, you will be able to make a final selection of the reward you will want to redeem. 

5.2. Program Participants must use their personal Nu Skin credentials to log in and access the features available on the Trailblazer dashboard, via www.nuskin.com.  

5.3. Rewards are cumulative. As soon as you reach the set requirements for each Achievement Level, you are eligible to receive a reward. You can favorite multiple items from the same tier, but will need to make a final selection of one item per tier when redeeming a reward. For example, you cannot select two (2) items from Tier 1 (10 Trailblazer points) when redeeming 20 Trailblazer points. 

5.4. Any changes to an Affiliate’s Trailblazer account must be made on the program dashboard. Changes may take up to seven days to become effective.  

5.5. Trailblazer Points displayed as “pending” are subject to change due to returns, terminations, or any other transaction that may negatively impact point calculations. “Verified” Trailblazer points will be published after the completion of each monthly commission process.  

5.6.  Any rewards earned and redeemed through participation in the Trailblazer program must be accurately represented and must comply with Nu Skin’s Policies & Procedures, including the Social Sharing and Opportunity Testimonial Guidelines. Participants should not state or imply that awards are easy to obtain or that others are likely to receive similar rewards.   

5.7.  All product purchases by customers or members are optional and there are no inventory requirements. For more information on Nu Skin's Refund Policy, please review Nu Skin’s Policies and Procedures.        

5.8. Nu Skin reserves the right to change, modify or replace Program Rewards based on availability, without written notification.  

5.9. If you decide you no longer want to participate in the Program, you may opt-out at any time of the Program. If you opt-out, you will be ineligible to receive any rewards through the Trailblazer program. If you wish to opt-out of the program, you can do so by using the opt-out link available in your Trailblazer dashboard. 

6. Program Communications  

6.1. By enrolling in the Program, you consent to receive and will be automatically subscribed to receive Nu Skin and Xceleration emails related to the Program.  

6.2. You may opt out of receiving Program-related communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included with such communications. If you opt out of Program-related communications, you will no longer receive such communications regarding your Program status or the Program rewards or benefits that may be available to you.  

7. Termination and Modification  

7.1. The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict, or terminate these Terms, our FAQs, the Program, or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits.  

7.2. We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Program at any time. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow any Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized use of any Program rewards, points, cards, vouchers, coupons and/or certificates, currently existing or as might be introduced at a later time, may make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If you are determined ineligible, any rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Program and features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action.  

8. Indemnity, Limitation of Liability; Dispute Resolution 

8.1. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, and each of its shareholders, officers, directors and employees harmless from and against any claim, demand, liability, loss, action, causes of action, costs, or expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting or arising from, directly or indirectly, any acts or omissions by including without limitation, breach of representations and warranties, material breach of the Terms, or any other claims or causes of action relating to the Program or these Terms.  

 8.2. Limitation of Liability. You agree that the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any special, indirect, direct, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from, or related to the breach of the Terms or any claims or causes of action related to these Terms of the Program. You agree that the entire liability of the Company, and their affiliated companies for any claim whatsoever related to these Terms or the Program, including but not limited to any cause of action arising in contract, tort, or equity, will be limited to the cost of products that you have purchased from the Company in connection with the Program, or its affiliates through the Program.  

 8.3. Alternative Dispute Resolution. You agree to resolve all disputes related to these Terms of the Program with the Company and its affiliates through Company’s alternative dispute resolution policy which you agreed to as part of your Brand Affiliate Agreement. The Mediation and Arbitration Policy is found here.  

 8.4. Utah will be the exclusive venue for arbitration, or any other resolution of any dispute related to the Program or these Terms.  The place of origin of these Terms is Utah and the United States and it will be governed by, construed in accordance with, and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Utah and the United States without giving effect to its rules regarding choice of laws. ANY CLAIMS OR DISPUTES RELATED TO THE PROGRAM OR THESE TERMS WILL BE ADJUDICATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A COLLECTIVE CLASS, OR OTHER JOINT ACTION WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM.  

9. Other Terms

9.1. Each Affiliate is responsible for paying all applicable taxes on income, whether derived from monetary or non-monetary compensation. Please refer to Section 5 of Policies and Procedures for additional information. Rewards earned from the Program are considered taxable income, as per each country's regulations. 

9.2. Mergers of Accounts. Trailblazer points will be lost when an account is sold or merged with another account, Trailblazer points are not transferred to the new account. 

9.3. The Trailblazer program does not modify or replace the Nu Skin Velocity Sales Performance and Compensation Plan. For further details and definitions under the Nu Skin Velocity, please see the Nu Skin Policies and Procedures. 

9.4. Nu Skin reserves the right to interpret or amend these Terms at any time in its sole discretion, and all Company decisions will be considered final. Furthermore, Nu Skin reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel the program at any time. Nu Skin reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Program, or disqualify a Program Participant , should Nu Skin determine that (i) a  Program Participant has breached the Policies and Procedures, (ii) a Program Participant has violated these Terms, or has tampered or attempted to tamper with the program in any form,  (iii) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, misconduct or other causes beyond its control, has corrupted or affected the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the program, or (iv) such action is required by law.  ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PROGRAM PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY COMPANY WEB SITE OR FUNCTION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE; NU SKIN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW 

9.5. Program Void Where Prohibited. The Trailblazer program is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/state/local laws and regulations.  

9.6. Severability. If any term or other provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or incapable of being enforced by any rule of law or public policy, that part that is invalid, illegal, or incapable or being enforced shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.
