*Max of 2 vouchers per Nu Skin Affiliate ID per month (a total of 8 purchases during the incentive month, but a max of 4 kits per order).  This offer is only valid for product purchases in the US Market. 

A. There is no required purchase to become a Brand Affiliate. All product purchases are optional. There are no bonuses paid for recruiting. You acknowledge and agree that retail sales are an important component of the Sales Compensation Plan. As a Brand Affiliate, you have no inventory requirements. You are prohibited from ordering more than a reasonable amount of inventory. By placing an order, you certify that you have sold or consumed at least 80 percent of your total inventory from previous orders. 

 B. Only Brand Affiliates registered as United States accounts are eligible to participate in this Incentive and earn a Nu Skin voucher, as detailed above (“Award” or “Awards”).   

C. Only BA+ as United States accounts are eligible to be counted toward this Incentive’s qualification requirements. 

D. To be eligible for the Buy 4 and Get a Nu Skin voucher Promotion, all purchases must be complete prior to the end of this offer, set as July 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time). 

E. The incentive Period for this promotion will run from July 1st to July 31st 2024 (“Incentive Period”);

F. You can earn a maximum of two (2) Awards per Nu Skin account, per month.

G. Award qualifiers will be notified via email and Awards will be made available by the 25th of the following month.

H. Each award is a voucher that will reduce the total purchase price of your selection by $330 USD, The voucher will also reduce the following:  10 SB, 250 SV, 270 CV.  When a voucher is applied to an order, total values will be reduced as detailed above. Shipping and tax charges will apply when redeeming Award products. 

I. All Awards are subject to availability. Nu Skin reserves the right to modify the Award without prior notification.   In the event of a purchase return of a qualifying item, the total kit sales tracker amount will be reduced accordingly. If the return occurs after the commission period is completed, the qualified Brand Affiliate account may be charged for the cost of the award.  For example, if an account buys four, an award will be given, but if one of those purchases is returned, the total sales target is now three, which disqualifies the account for the award. Any vouchers used in an order with a qualifying kit will reduce the total count of qualifying kits on an order, for purpose of this incentive.  

J. Brand Affiliates can only receive credit for a maximum of four (4) Selected Kit, purchases more than four Special Kits between July 1st to July 31st, 2024 on one singe order.  If any one Brand Affiliate + buys five or more Special Kits during the promotion the Brand Affiliate will only receive credit under this promotion for 4 Selected Kit sales, related to this incentive per order.

K. Nu Skin reserves the right to withhold final approval of any and all Awards pending verification of compliance with your Brand Affiliate Agreement, the Sales Compensation Plan and Policies and Procedures (collectively the “Contract”), and with the Incentive rules, and terms and conditions. Nu Skin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) audit any Brand Affiliate Account and disqualify any Brand Affiliate if Nu Skin deems that the Brand Affiliate has violated the Agreement; or (ii) suspend or discontinue the incentive if any Brand Affiliate misconduct or other such actions impair the integrity of the Incentive, or if otherwise required by law.   

--TERMS AND CONDITIONS  --

1.    No purchase necessary to participate.  There is no purchase requirement to qualify for this offer. 2.    Eligibility.  In order to participate in the Buy 4 Get a Nu Skin voucher incentive, you must be a Nu Skin Brand Affiliate who has properly executed a  Brand Affiliate Agreement  and is a legal resident with the right to work within the United States, and is in good standing, as determined by Nu Skin Policies and Procedures as well as Nu Skin Compliance at is sole discretion. If you violate the terms and conditions of the Brand Affiliate Agreement, Nu Skin Policies and Procedures, or these Incentive Rules or Terms and Conditions at any time during the Incentive Period, you will be ineligible to participate in the Incentive.   

    
3.     Compliance.  Nu Skin reserves the right to withhold final approval on all Awards pending verification of compliance with the Incentive Rules, Regulations, Terms and Conditions and to ensure that there has been no manipulation of Velocity Sales and Performance Plan. Participants must be Brand Affiliates in good standing with the company during the Incentive Period and through their reception of any Awards. Brand Affiliates found in non-compliance with the Brand Affiliate Agreement during the Incentive Period may not participate and will not be eligible for any bonuses or awards available under the Incentive. In the event any Sales and Performance Plan manipulation or other activity in violation of the Brand Affiliate Agreement becomes known after Awards have already been given to a Brand Affiliate, Nu Skin reserves the right to disqualify and deduct the value of any awards from future commission payments and take any other action provided for under the Brand Affiliate Agreement. 

    
4.     Amendments. Nu Skin reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Incentive Program and Awards in its sole discretion.  All Incentive Program deadlines are subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to decide which and how any Awards of the Incentive Program will be given.   

 
5.     Final decisions. Nu Skin also reserves the right to interpret the rules of the Incentive Program at its sole discretion.  Nu Skin reserves the right to audit all customer sales and reserves the right to withhold or rescind any incentive or awards, pending retail sales verification. All company decisions shall be final. 

    
6.     Awards. Awards cannot be transferred, redeemed or returned for cash or substituted by qualified accounts. Awards will be fulfilled the following month after completion of commission processes. In the event that any Award recipient is a corporation, limited liability company or partnership, the Award shall be awarded to one person who is designated to receive it by said entity.  

    
7.     Taxable income.  The value of Awards is to be considered taxable income to the Incentive Program participants, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the Brand Affiliates who receive any awards. 

     
8.     Void where prohibited. The Incentive Program is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/state/local laws and regulations. Nu Skin reserves the right to substitute awards of equal or greater value.   

    
9.    Governing laws. The laws of the State of Utah shall govern the Incentive Program, and participants in the Incentive Program hereby consent to the resolution of any disputes with regard to the Incentive Program solely through the process described in the Mediation and Arbitration Policy outlined in the Policies and Procedures. All such mediation and arbitration will be performed within the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Utah. Each participant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue and dispute resolution procedures. 

10.   Release of liability. By participating, participants release and hold harmless Nu Skin Enterprises, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Incentive Program or receipt or use of any Awards. Acceptance of any Award shall constitute and signify the award recipient’s agreement and consent that their name, address, likeness and/or Award information can be used for promotional purposes by Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates without further payment or consideration to the award recipient. Award recipients shall not use awards as income claims in promotion of the business opportunity and must follow Nu Skin’s social sharing guidelines.
