Thank you for your interest in trade shows. The company wants to make sure your trade show is a great experience. Participating in a trade show is a big responsibility and must meet certain criteria to help ensure your success and professional representation of the Company.

With careful preparation and consideration your trade show can be an excellent display. In order to help you have a successful trade show, the Company has set the following guidelines.

• Obtain Sales Leader Level Brand Affiliate Status

• You may not rent a booth or set up an exhibit at a Company approved trade show or convention without obtaining prior written approval of the Company.

   

• Fill out the Trade Show Request Form four weeks prior to the trade show for review.
  

   

• Review sections 18 and 22 of the Policies and Procedures.

   

• Upon approval, you will receive an approval letter from the Company.

   

• Upon completion of your trade show, submit your results on the Trade Show Results Form. Please submit within seven days from the conclusion of the trade show. This form must be submitted to the Company before you will be considered for participation in future trade shows.

   

• You may only request ONE trade show at a time. Additional trade shows may be requested upon the completion of your current trade show and upon receipt of the Trade Show Results Form. However, approval for a 2^nd show may be given if the 2^nd show will be occurring within 3 weeks and approval has not been granted to another Sales Leader.”

• All trade show requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis.

   

• Executives may request trade show for the following calendar year after June 1st.
