Terms and Conditions 

1. This promotion is available only to Brand Affiliates in the United States. All accounts that submit a LOI during the incentive period are eligible to participate, including: 1) first time applicants, 2) those using the restart option, and 3) demoted Brand Representatives who are trying to reach Brand Representative status again. However, if you have submitted an LOI and are in the process of qualification towards Brand Representative, these accounts are ineligible to participate. The offer is limited to one free kit per Brand Affiliate account.   
 

2. Eligibility for this promotion ends on July 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MDT  

3. The required 2 Sharing Blocks must be unencumbered by any other Brand Affiliate who has also submitted an LOI. For example, 2 Sharing Blocks in June generated by the purchases of those you have personally sponsored who are not submitting an LOI also in July.  

4. To qualify as a Brand Representative, you must meet all requirements of the Velocity Sales Performance Program. For a complete summary of these requirements, please see Nu Skin’s Sales Performance Plan “Velocity”.  

5. Shipping charges may apply when the reward is redeemed.  

6. The value of the reward may be considered taxable income to the participants, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the qualified Brand Affiliate.   

7. No bonuses are paid for recruiting. All bonuses are paid only when products are sold.  

8. No cash consideration will be paid in place of the reward kit. The reward kit may not be returned for cash or credit. This promotion is non-transferable. The Brand Affiliate shall not use the value of the free product as income claims in promotion of the business opportunity.  

9. You are not required to purchase any products to participate in this promotion or sign up as a new Brand Affiliate as part of the qualification process. All product purchases are optional.  

10. BRAND AFFILIATES DO NOT HAVE A SPECIFIC INVENTORY REQUIREMENT. YOU MUST USE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT IN DETERMINING INVENTORY NEEDS BASED UPON REASONABLE PROJECTED RETAIL SALES, THE AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS CONSUMED IN PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS, AND PERSONAL USE. 11. Any Brand Affiliate who violates the terms and conditions of the Brand Affiliate Agreement, Policies and Procedures, Sales Compensation Plan at any time during this Promotion may be deemed ineligible to participate in the Promotion or receive the reward.  

12. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/state/local laws and regulations. Nu Skin reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value.   

13. The Company reserves the right to audit and assess the validity of your performance under this incentive. Any account that was established in violation of the Agreement, including any Account that was established to manipulate this Incentive or the Sales Performance Plan, will be considered invalid, and may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to forfeiting the reward.

14. By Participating, Brand Affiliates release and hold harmless Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or receipt or use of any award.
