Here’s how it works: *

Step 1. Sell Focus Products to Customers and Members through Nu Skin’s systems. Only subscription sales of these items (focus products) to Customer or Members will count towards the incentive.

Focus Period: September 1 to December 31, 2025 

Scanner Certified (SCS) Products  for the US

These products are not Scanner Certified (SCS) products; however, they are highly recommended as companion products with SCS products:

Step 2. Reach 500 DC-SV of new subscription volume.   

For this incentive, a new subscription is defined as:  1) A new retail customer or member as of September 1, 2025, or 2) a Retail customer or member who has not placed any order with Nu Skin within the last three (3) months. 

Step 3. Receive the established Super Subscription Bonus upon successfully completing Steps 1 & 2.  $100 USD for each Super Subscription Bonus.  

REPEAT. Repeat steps one (1) and two (2) for an additional Super Subscription Bonus.  A maximum earning of $200 USD during one single Focus month is set for Super Subscription Bonus after a Brand Affiliate successfully completes the requirements.  Super Subscription Bonus will be paid monthly. 

Customers and Members must purchase Focus Products through subscription only at approved Nu Skin channels, such as NuSkin.com, or through any of Nu Skin’s digital tools. 

GENERAL RULES: 

To qualify for a Super Subscription Bonus, sell a Target Amount of the given Focus Product in subscription in a Focus Period to Retail Customers and/or Members in subscription, to earn the established Super Subscription Bonus.   

A “Focus Period” is each specific period as specified in this program, which generally consists of 30 days. 

The Super Subscription Bonus will be paid monthly to all who qualify by reaching the “Target Subscription Amount” within a Focus Period. 

A “Target Amount” is the addition of Direct Customer Sales Volume (DC-SV) of the specific Focus Product that must be sold in subscription in the Focus Period before the Super Subscription Bonus will be paid. The Target Amount can only be met when selling the specified focus items listed on this incentive.  Other items NOT specified on this offer will not count towards the target amount. Only items listed on this offer will count toward the target amount. For this offer, the target amount has been set at 500 Direct Customer Sales Volume (DC-SV), only counting new subscription orders.

Partial Super Subscription Bonus payments cannot be earned, and no payments will be made for partially completed Target Amounts. 

For this incentive, a new subscription is defined as:  1) A new retail customer or member as of September 1, 2025 or 2) a Retail customer or member who has not place any order with Nu Skin within the last three (3) months.  

The Super Subscription Bonus is only available to US Brand Affiliates. Only orders from subscription purchases of the Focus Products made in the US Market will count. 

In order for a purchase of a Focus Product to be included in the Target Amount, the following criteria must be met: 

• Each purchase must be made by Retail Customers or Member accounts on a subscription order—personal purchases and subscription purchases by Brand Affiliates will not count toward the “Target Amount.” 

• Each purchase must be sold to United States Customers or Members.  

• Product purchases must be made through one of Nu Skin’s digital tools (Examples include: nuskin.com, your personal My Site, or Nu Skin Vera app.) 

• The product must not be returned (satisfaction of the Targeted Amount requirement will be determined net of returns).  

The Super Subscription Bonus earned will be paid on the monthly commission run.

 Additional Terms, Conditions, and Information 

1. This program is available only to Brand Affiliates in the USA. 

2. Eligibility for this promotion ends on December 31st, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MT. 

3. The Super Subscription Bonus will only be paid based on sales of the selected Focus Product in the USA. Each bonus is generated by the purchases of customers and members you personally sponsor through subscription orders.  

4. When a Member and Retail Customer purchases the selected Focus Product on a subscription order, the Subscription Bonus recipient/payee will be credited with incremental counts using Sales Volume toward the Target Amount (based on the Sales Volume (SV) eligible/ participating SKUs purchased). 

5. The sales order must be fully complete, and the order date on the subscription sale must fall within the defined Focus Period for the Focus Product (e.g. an order with pending payment made on September 30, 2025 will not be completed until payment is approved. If payment is not approved before the deadline of the focus period, such order will not count towards this Program).

6. When the above criteria are met for a given Subscription Bonus recipient, the incremental counter toward the “Target Amount” will be updated for that specific Subscription Bonus recipient.

7. In the case of a Retail Customer purchase, the SELLER.ID on the Retail order will be credited with incremental counts toward the “Target Amount” (based on the Sales Volume of eligible/ participating SKUs purchased).

8. Bonus terms and conditions are set forth in the sales compensation you can receive through Nu Skin’s Sales Performance Plan, you can view them HERE. We encourage you to carefully read this Plan and refer to the Glossary for further definition of capitalized terms. The Super Subscription Bonus incentive does not supersede Nu Skin’s Sales Performance Plan.

9. Returns: Nu Skin reserves the right to clawback any Super Subscription Bonus previously paid for any products that are returned.  Nu Skin also reserves the right to withhold a future Super Subscription Bonus payment or clawback any Super Subscription Bonus previously paid if there is an unreasonable level of purchasing from any single customer or any apparent manipulation of Nu Skin’s Sales Performance Plan (e.g., purchase made by on a customer account, etc.). 

10. The value of any bonus may be considered taxable income by the participants, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the Brand Affiliates.

11. No bonuses are paid for recruiting. All bonuses are paid only when products are sold. 

12. Nu Skin Brand Affiliates have no minimum purchase requirement. You are not allowed to purchase any products to qualify for bonuses under the Super Subscription Bonus Program. Only Member and Customers purchases that you personally sponsor and place a subscription order will count towards this program.

13. BRAND AFFILIATES DO NOT HAVE INVENTORY REQUIREMENTS. YOU MUST USE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT IN DETERMINING INVENTORY NEEDS BASED UPON REASONABLE PROJECTED RETAIL SALES, THE NUMBER OF PRODUCTS CONSUMED IN PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS, AND PERSONAL USE. 14. Any Brand Affiliate who violates the terms and conditions of the Brand Affiliate Agreement, Policies and Procedure, or Sales Compensation Plan at any time during this Program may be deemed ineligible to participate in the Program and may not receive the bonus.

15. This Program is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/state/local laws and regulations.

16.The laws of the state of Utah shall govern the Program. Participants in the Program agree to the resolution of any disputes regarding the Program solely through the process described in the Mediation and Arbitration Policy located in the Brand Affiliate Agreement and the Policies and Procedures.

17. By Participating, Brand Affiliates release and hold harmless Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Program or receipt or use of any award.
